The Marriage Course

The Marriage Course was introduced to me by my best friend Albert Ponniah. He went for this sessions which is held in Damansara Utama Methodist Church for 8 weeks after he got married. He said there is a lot of experience and things we can learn about each other there and because of this encouragement, I registered for this course. Initially husband did not want to go for the session which starts on the 04/03/2012 and asked me to postpone until the next one but I did not do that but insisted on this and made my way to it and managed to convince him and we finally now in our 7th session there.
This Marriage course is very heart warming and not for problematic couples to attend but for those who want to rekindle and also enhance the marriage to attend and learn things about each other. There is no group discussion but only the 2 of you share and talk and exchange ideas and topics. The course starts at 3.30pm and there is lots of snacks and drinks serve to keep you awake while the video is played. Couples who support you share on their experience on this course and encourages you to come every week for 7 weeks but the 8th week is the Graduation day where we are given certificate of completion and also grand dinner. http://www.familylife.org.com/
The environment created for us is very cosy and there is 1 small table just for the 2 of us to share. Check out the pictures below and you can imagine how the environment is.

 

My intention and aim is that we both as husband and wife will be loving and understanding until death do us apart.

Company closing soon

There was initially rumours that one department will be closing down but then later the announcement was that the whole branch in Cyberjaya will be closing. It is so sad to think of losing a job when we have commitment and also people depending on you and this is the feeling I have not within me but thank God for my husband's words which said I could stop and sit in the house and care for Clarissa. The words are so nice to be heard but then there is so much of things to be considered. With working life I have gained so much experience and also friends and I would not want to be alone at home and missing things but if this is the case which I have to then I will definitely do that.
Management have not been kind to us. They are not revealing things to us and not preparing us for retrenchment. We need a job and also time to seek and secure one but they seem not to look into this as a important aspect. Delaying announcement is what is happening now and this is making me so much stress and tensed but then because we work for them, we have to sit and wait as they think and prepare the package for us.
Today the company have blocked so many excess to Internet and this is not something good as there is lesser work now for me and I use my time goggling and reading stuff online when I am free and this is no more available to us.
